During my internship at Bottega Veneta, I gained hands-on experience across multiple areas of e-commerce operations and digital client engagement. My responsibilities included:

  • Providing operational support and helping manage four online stores, 

  • Preparing daily sales reports and assisting in performance tracking.

  • Supporting e-commerce livestream sessions, where I collaborated with hosts to deliver personalized, one-on-one luxury shopping experiences for clients.

  • Assisting with host scripting and real-time communication with livestream customers to ensure a seamless and premium experience.

  • Conducting trend research and managing WeChat content updates to engage audiences and enhance brand presence.

This internship deepened my understanding of luxury brand e-commerce, digital retail operations, and client-centered marketing communication.
