During my internship at Bottega Veneta, I gained hands-on experience across multiple areas of e-commerce operations and digital client engagement. My responsibilities included:

Supporting e-commerce livestream sessions, where I collaborated with hosts to deliver personalized, one-on-one luxury shopping experiences for clients.

Assisting with host scripting and real-time communication with livestream customers to ensure a seamless and premium experience.

Conducting trend research and managing WeChat content updates to engage audiences and enhance brand presence.
