Overview:
For the Back-to-School 2025 season, we launched Deli’s first influencer marketing campaign, spotlighting our pastel-colored notebooks available at Walmart.

Process:

I began by researching and shortlisting over 50 potential influencers, focusing mainly on micro-influencers to reach niche, highly engaged audiences while maintaining cost efficiency.

From there, I drafted the influencer contracts and created a comprehensive campaign brief outlining collaboration requirements, deliverables, and timelines — all from scratch.

We activated partnerships with three influencers in total — two through free product collaborations and one paid partnership.

Results:
The campaign achieved outstanding performance, as shown in the KPI table:
